1. Thinking of hiring a Foreign Worker?
Here is how it works:
Identify Labour Shortage
The Temporary Foreign Worker program is designed for Employers who are unable to hire Canadians or Permanent Residents.
Apply for the “Labour Market Impact Assessment” (LMIA)
A positive LMIA will show that there is a need for a Foreign Worker to fill the job and that Canadians or Permanent Residents are not available to fill the position.
Foreign Worker applies for a Work Permit
Based on a positive LMIA, the Temporary Foreign Worker is eligible to apply for a Work Permit to join your team!
IMMmax offers assistance and representation throughout the entire process including:
- Initial local and international recruitment
- Representation of the Employer in the LMIA application
- Representation of the Foreign Worker in the Work Permit application
- Preparation of the Foreign Worker for arrival in Canada
